Ronnie Cosmetics is designed with all skin types in mind.

We accept PayPal, QuadPay, and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery for domestic and international orders is 3-5 business days which includes processing time. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Ronnie Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact usps at 1800-275-8777 to file a claim for the missing shipment. We recommend purchasing signature confirmation shipping at checkout to avoid package from being delivered without being signed for.

All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be tossed and you will be issued store credit minus the initial shipping charge. We are not able to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our returns department.

Refunds via store credit can be allowed for damaged goods. All sales are final, we can only issue store credit for damaged goods.
